Helheim Classic Conquer – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Helheim Classic Conquer game server, website, and related services.

By accessing, registering, or playing on Helheim Classic Conquer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. General Information

Helheim Classic Conquer is a free-to-play private server developed independently and is not affiliated with TQ Digital or any official Conquer Online publisher. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

2. Eligibility & Account Use

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Account sharing is permitted at your own risk.
• Losses caused by shared or compromised accounts are not the responsibility of the server.

3. Server Rules & Conduct

All players must comply with the Game Server Rules (GSR), Discord Server Rules (DSR), and any additional rules announced in-game or on official platforms.

Violations may result in warnings, mutes, botjail, resets, or permanent bans. Ignorance of the rules is not an acceptable defense.

4. Gameplay & Virtual Property

• All characters, items, and currency remain the property of Helheim Classic Conquer.
• Players receive a revocable license to use virtual content.
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value.
• Content may be modified, removed, or reset at any time.

5. Donations & Payments

• All payments are voluntary donations.
• Donations are non-refundable.
• Donation rewards do not grant immunity or special treatment.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Cheating, hacking, botting, exploiting, or automation
• Real-world trading (RWT)
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination
• Impersonation of staff members
• Disrupting server stability

7. Staff Authority

Staff decisions are final and made in good faith. Staff may take action without warning when necessary to protect server integrity.

8. Availability & Downtime

Server uptime is not guaranteed. Helheim Classic Conquer is not responsible for losses caused by downtime, crashes, rollbacks, or server closure.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. No compensation will be provided for terminated accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

Use of Helheim Classic Conquer is at your own risk. We are not liable for item loss, account compromise, gameplay changes, or disputes between players.

11. Privacy & Data Use

Limited technical and gameplay data is collected for server operation. Full details are outlined in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the server constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Authority

These Terms are governed by the internal policies of Helheim Classic Conquer. No external jurisdiction is implied.
