Helheim Classic Conquer – Game Server Rules
These rules exist to maintain a fair, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all players.
By playing on Helheim, you agree to follow the guidelines below.

1. General Conduct

• No racism / hate speech – No racism, hate speech, discrimination, or derogatory remarks. (Be more creative — toxic behavior is not tolerated.)
• Real-life threats & doxxing – No releasing real-life information, doxxing, or threats involving real-world harm.
• World Chat language – World Chat is English-only. (Please follow this to ensure clear communication. Non-compliance may lead to a temporary mute.)
• No spamming – No spamming in Talk, Whisper, World or Broadcast.
• Spamming includes:
  • Repeating the same or similar messages excessively
  • Posting incoherent text or gibberish
  • Repeating advertisements or phrases within a short period
• Advertising – Advertising other servers or games is strictly prohibited.
• Account Responsibility – Sharing accounts is your own risk. (Lost items, characters, or gear will not be restored under any circumstances.)

2. Cheating & Third-Party Programs

Cheating is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Bots / hacks / injected code – Bots, hacks, injected code, exploits, or automation not available in the official client.
• Gameplay modification – Tools that modify gameplay or provide unintended advantages.
• Automation tools – Third-party programs that automate actions or manipulate the game.
• Auto Clickers:
  • Allowed only in PVE and only when you are actively at your keyboard.
  • Not allowed in PVP, events, or any AFK environment.

Penalties may include:

• Warnings
• Temporary or permanent botjail
• Item removal
• Character reset
• Permanent ban

3. Real-World Trading (RWT)

Buying or selling any of the following for real-world money or external compensation is not allowed:

• Accounts
• Items
• Gold/HPs
• Any in-game service

Violations will result in severe punishment.

4. Bug Abuse & Exploits

If you discover a bug, glitch, or exploit, report it immediately through a ticket on Discord. Do NOT abuse, promote, or advertise bugs under any circumstances. Exploiting bugs without reporting them will result in botjail or a temporary/permanent ban.

Players who responsibly report bugs may receive rewards.

5. Staff Rules & Limitations

• Limited intervention – Staff intervention in most in-game disputes (guild conflicts, mob kill disputes, lost items from PVP, broken gear, etc.) is minimal. Only game-breaking issues will receive direct intervention.
• Case-by-case – Many situations are handled case by case, at staff discretion.
• Respect staff – Treat all staff with respect.
• Staff (except the owner) cannot:
  • Spawn items
  • Grant or delete skills
  • Modify stats
  • Change event or guild war results
  • Provide compensations
• In-game moderators/GM authority is limited to:
  • Mutes
  • Bans
  • Botjail

Important notice: These rules are applied for everybody no matter how much you have contributed to the server (guidance, donations, or general contribution) and regardless of any personal or outside contact with staff members outside of the private server. Any type of violation will be treated with equal harsh judgement for all players with the same standards.
