Helheim Classic Conquer – Refund Policy
Helheim Classic Conquer is a free-to-play private server. Any payments made are considered voluntary donations to support server development, maintenance, and ongoing operations. By donating, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. General Policy

All donations are final and non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed and any in-game items, currency, or benefits have been delivered (or made available), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Donation Rewards & Virtual Items

  • All rewards granted are virtual, non-tangible items.
  • These items have no real-world monetary value outside of the Helheim Classic Conquer server.
  • Loss of items due to gameplay, PvP, death penalties, upgrades, trades, drops, bugs, or player actions does not qualify for a refund.

3. Account Issues & Rule Violations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Account bans, botjail, mutes, or punishments resulting from rule violations
  • Account sharing or compromised accounts
  • Character deletion, reset, or item loss caused by the player
  • Ignorance of server rules, donation policies, or game mechanics

All punishments are handled according to the Game Server Rules (GSR) and apply equally to all players.

4. Technical Issues

In rare cases where a confirmed technical error on our side prevents the delivery of a donation reward, staff may, at their discretion, re-deliver the missing reward. Refunds will not be issued in place of re-delivery.

Players must provide valid proof of payment and allow sufficient time for investigation.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting staff first is strongly discouraged.
  • Chargebacks may result in permanent account bans, removal of donated items/benefits, and loss of access to Helheim Classic Conquer services.

We strongly encourage players to contact staff via Discord before taking any external action.

6. Server Downtime & Changes

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Server downtime, maintenance, or restarts
  • Gameplay balance changes, updates, or feature removals
  • Changes to donation rewards, prices, or benefits
  • Server wipes, resets, or closures

Helheim Classic Conquer is actively developed, and changes may occur at any time.

7. Acknowledgment

By donating to Helheim Classic Conquer, you confirm that you understand donations are voluntary, you waive any right to refunds, and you accept all associated risks.

8. Contact & Support

If you believe there has been a genuine error with your donation, please contact the Helheim staff team through our official Discord and open a support ticket. Each case will be reviewed individually and handled fairly, but refunds are not guaranteed.
